At WONKY COFFEE, we want you to love every sip, but since coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please reach out so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For damaged goods or quality concerns, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the product batch code found on the back of the bag.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization number or confirm your eligibility for a direct refund.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or a fresh batch of coffee will be dispatched to your address immediately.
